Join us at Waterman House Cookery School where we will make a classic Middle Eastern meal which you can easily replicate in your own home. At this class we will be making a selection of dishes and delicious bread to go along with your meal. This is a great class if you what to learn how to make great tasting meal at home.

At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.

Dishes will include:

- Lamb with chilli and cumin

- Couscous with roast vegetables

- Fougasse Bread and a hummus dip.

This class will last approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
