This is a really fun and casual class and great a night out! The sushi will be mixture of fresh fish, shellfish and vegetable inspired sushi with steamed rice paper rolls which will be matched with a selection of delicious cocktails.

The recipes will include:

- Fish Sushi

- Crab & Chilli Rice Paper Rolls

- Vegetable Sushi and a Spicy Lemon Dressing

This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal with your cocktail selection. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
