At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.

Our chef will guide you through classic French style dishes to include:

- French onion soup

- Quick French baguette

- Onion & Thyme Tart Tatin 

- Poulet au maroille - a classic chicken dish from the North of France served with herb roasted potatoes

- Seasonal Souffle 

This class lasts approximately 4 hours with plenty of time to cook, sit back and enjoy your tasty delights. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
